Dr. Barken describes Cry immunotherapy. History of cryoablation and immunology is reviewed. The mechanism explaining why there is no consistent immune response after cryoablation. Suggestions for further research to enhance the cryoablation immune activation are brought up, based on pre clinical research on the subject. This a first lecture to be followed up by further evidence of the cryo immunology phenomena.
